Free Delivery: We are delighted to provide free delivery for all orders within the UK mainland (applicable postcodes in England, Wales, and Scotland). Your Loo & Behold order will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days for the majority of mainland UK addresses (when ordered before midday Monday to Friday), although we aim to get it to you sooner.

For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, your Loo & Behold order will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days and we charge a delivery fee. Postcodes include: HS (1-9), IM, KA (27-28), PA (20), TR (21-25) and ZE. For delivery to the Channel Islands (JE and GY), we also charge a delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you receive your Loo & Behold cases in perfect condition and are happy with your purchase. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us via using our contact form and one of our team will support you.

When returning items, please ensure that they are properly packaged and in their original wrapping to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for returning the items to us in the same condition they arrived. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance to protect yourself in case the items get lost or damaged during transit. Please note that you need to contact us to arrange a return before sending any items back.
